Where We’re Building

Printed Living is developing opportunities in California, Texas, Nevada, Alabama, Florida, and other selected U.S. markets. For example, we are exploring residential developments in Austin, Texas and pilot housing projects in Riverside County, California. Expansion is evaluated based on project feasibility, local permitting, engineering requirements, site conditions, available partners, construction logistics, and community need.

Heidi Theodore, PhD, MBA

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Heidi Theodore is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Printed Living, Inc. She leads the company’s vision, strategic growth, client relationships, project evaluation, capital planning, market development, and team accountability.

Dr. Theodore brings dual-disciplinary leadership that combines doctoral-level scientific training, MBA business training, and 37 years of real estate, property evaluation, project coordination, and construction-related problem solving. This blend gives Printed Living a leadership perspective rooted in technical understanding, business judgment, and real-world project execution.

Her experience includes evaluating complex property conditions, permitting pathways, utilities, septic and engineered systems, grading, setbacks, coastal and watershed considerations, red-tag and blighted properties, public agency coordination, and budget realities.

As CEO, Dr. Theodore focuses on disciplined growth, responsible use of capital, milestone-based project planning, vendor coordination, safety awareness, and transparent communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Michael Barr

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Barr is the Chief Technology Officer of Printed Living and brings a highly advanced engineering background to the future of modern construction. With decades of experience in mechanical engineering, automation, complex systems integration, and high-precision industrial technologies, Michael oversees the development, refinement, and implementation of Printed Living's 3D concrete building platform.
He has contributed to mission-critical engineering programs across multiple industries, including public infrastructure, laser optics, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced networks, and applied industrial automation. His multidisciplinary expertise ensures that Printed Living delivers smarter, faster, and better building solutions across the United States.

Mario Caldwell is a military combat veteran, seasoned government contractor, project manager, and professional instructor with experience across defense, oil and gas, infrastructure, and large scale operations. His leadership is rooted in discipline, accountability, operational excellence, and mission-driven execution. With hands-on experience in upstream and downstream energy operations, government contracting, project coordination, and team training, Mario brings Printed Living practical field leadership, safety awareness, and operational readiness for 3D concrete printing projects.
