Smart ADU Building Options
We deliver efficient spaces designed for flexibility and long-term value.

Our 3DCP concrete materials are highly resistant to termites, pests, mildew, mold and rodents. The material is simply not food or easy to chew-on like more conventional building materials..
Additive construction with reduced waste, low-carbon material options, recycled material options where appropriate, and durable long-term performance.
Safety Is Part of the System
Advanced construction requires more than equipment. Printed Living approaches each project with safety, planning, communication, and site readiness in mind. Our team focuses on site-specific safety planning, utility awareness, local trade coordination, equipment access, field communication, OSHA-aligned practices, quality control checkpoints, and responsible construction sequencing.
3D concrete printing is additive construction so there is very little waste. We only print what we need, no need to generate lots of waste cutting plywood, sheet rock, studs, etc… It’s estimated that conventional construction wastes up to 20% of the material. That’s 20% your’re paying for but need to pay to throw it away after construction.
In some states, like California, Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs) can be easily built.
Our 3DCP housing is resistant to flooding and water damage including mold and mildew. The wall material is inorganic so there is no food to grow mold or mildew. For example, there is no need to rip out and replace flooded paper coated drywall.
Walls are resistant to ballistic materials including flying debris. Walls are heavy and secured to the slab foundation and the roof. Roof can be made out of concrete, making it hardened against hurricanes.
Solar and battery storage, intelligent energy management, off-grid capable options, propane smart generator backup, NET zero energy energy-efficient, and smart home systems.
3DCP homes are resistant to fire including the foundation, walls and roof. We have fire hardening material technology that far exceeds the fire rating of Portland based cement and resists temperatures exceeding 1,830 F. We have advanced fire resistant building designs, windows, coatings, and materials technologies.
An automated additive manufacturing process that builds structures directly from digital designs by extruding specialized, fast-drying concrete layer by layer. It replaces traditional methods and significantly speeds up project timelines and reduces material waste.
